Getting Started

I've not done anything like this before, but I felt it was important to chart my course from a 450lbs food addicted lunatic to hopefully a healthy take it our leave it fit and lean 170 -180 lbs man.

I started this journey on the 1st of September 2010 and to this date I have lost 55lbs and  I feel great.The biggest reason that pushed me into starting this time was that my knees would no longer support my weight. I was in pain all the time, and I could hardly walk more than 500 yds before I would have to stop. But then one day I had a moment of clarity that made it all very clear to me.
